At Haptic Dance Arts we offer a variety of options for students to discover their love of dance in the right setting. Session classes are the perfect introduction for first-time movers interested in starting dance or the returning student looking to build on their technique.

Promotes Scottish dancing through social dance classes and with a demonstration dance group that performs at functions. The Lethbridge Scottish County Dance Club was formed in 1981. Under the expert direction of our three qualified teachers, the club hosts weekly classes for all levels of dancers.

Pop Up Yoga is a growing movement around the world. The purpose is to share the benefits of yoga with the community and make it more accessible to everyone. Classes offered are for everyone, from beginners wanting to experiment with yoga, to advanced practitioners looking to find new experiences. The ultimate goal is connecting to our own nature.
