About Amber Harper Young:
Amber is from Ontario and now lives in Vancouver. Her fearless crowd work, quick wit and natural charm, has made her an incredibly sough after host and headlining comedian both nationally and internationally.
Amber tours her absurd colorful style of self-deprecating (TMI) material, closing independent shows from coast to coast. Her hilarious and wildly audacious jokes are inspired by her unique and somewhat feral upbringing. She also shares her highly relatable stories on the trials and tribulations of navigating adulthood. But really… her sets can go anywhere! Amber’s talent for experimental comedy, combined with her sharp improvisational skills, often have her mixing with the audiences before her, and creating jokes right on the spot, making every performance an original.
Her performing highlights include: Just for Laughs NorthWest (Vancouver), The Comics Lounge (Melbourne, Australia), The Del Close Marathon (NYC), and more recently, YYC Comedy Festival (Calgary), Smash Comedy Fest (Vancouver) and the Tall Tree Festival (Port Renfrew).
Amber has also had the honor of opening for Canadian comedy legend Mike MacDonald (Just for Laughs) on multiple occasions, as well as Darrin Rose (Match Game, CBC’s Mr. D), Brent Weinbach (Comedy Central, Conan) and David Huntsberger (Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central).

Founded in late 2018, Good Times Lethbridge Comedy Club is dedicated to an optimistic vision to create a safe place in Lethbridge where family and friends can unite through unforgettable moments.
Located in the heart of Downtown, we offer a variety of entertainment unlike any pubs nearby. Known most for our Friday & Saturday Night Comedy shows, our basement brick walls help ensure that your chuckles soon become a riot while the limited seating capacity provides everyone with an intimate performance. At any other venue, this would be called “VIP”. If you are only familiar with stand-up comedy through Netflix Specials or over-sized theaters, then this unique sensory experience is a must.
While we serve a diverse crowd, we pride ourselves on being a couple’s hangout, birthdays, tourist destination, and party hub for businesses looking to inject more fun into their culture.
We run professional Comedy Shows on the weekend while we host Open Mic, Ladies Night, and special events during the week. The club opens at 7:30pm. Come laugh with us, enjoy a cold drink and some delicious popcorn, and start letting the good times roll.
