Tickets to the annual BIPOC Foundation Legacy Gala are now ON SALE! The Legacy Gala is a formal evening gala event featuring cocktails, networking, dinner, and dancing. The event serves to both raise funds for BIPOC Foundation programs while also showcasing incredible entrepreneurs and business owners in Western Canada.
The BIPOC Foundation Legacy Gala intends to raise funds annually for their Mentorship, and Grant programs, as well as for the BIPOC Foundation Learning Series. Every dollar raised goes back into our organization, allowing them to advance their mission to provide a platform for women and underrepresented groups to thrive and succeed through careers in entrepreneurship. Annually, they will be hosting a crowd of 300+ attendees from a wide range of industries and professions.
Join in with hundreds of guests from across Western Canada for this fantastic evening you won’t forget!
What to expect:
Between the Keynote, Entertainment, BIPOC Foundation Excellence Awards, and DJs+ Dancing – you’ll have a wonderful time meeting new people and creating new connections! The whole community is coming out for this one – and you can be sure to enjoy some delicious food while encountering VIPs, Sponsor Organizations, Public Servants, and Partners, as well as the talented array of Black businesses and entrepreneurs who will be recognized on the night. Start the night off with cocktail hour and settle in for an engaging evening!

At the heart of Canada’s rich cultural mosaic, we find the BIPOC Foundation, a beacon of hope and opportunity. Born from a shared dream of economic growth and social justice, our focus began with supporting the vibrant Black community.
Thanks to a generous $2.6M federal investment from the Government of Canada in February 2022, we’ve joined hands with other caring non-profits. Together, we’re weaving a new future for Western Canada’s economy. Our collaborative efforts include launching an accelerator program, offering essential business training, and bridging connections between Black entrepreneurs and investors.
Our mission is more than business; it’s a heartfelt commitment to the community. We strive to fill the economic gaps, increase the presence of Black-owned businesses in our regions, and pave relatable paths to success.
