Christmas at Casa Vendor Application Form
Dear Artists
The Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge (AAC) is excited to host the 13th edition of Christmas at Casa, Lethbridge’s premier fine arts and craft market. Last year we welcomed over 6,000 shoppers to Casa over the 2-day sale. This festive market will take place on Friday, November 20th, and Saturday, November 21st. The AAC is inviting local artists, artisans, and makers to be part of this special event.
Application Details
Deadline: Monday, June 30th, 11:59PM
Requirements: Completed application, up to 8 high-quality photographs, and a minimum $100.00 application fee.
All applications undergo a jury process, ensuring the market features a diverse collection of quality vendors. As the number of applications may exceed available space, please note that unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund of the application fee. Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 30th. All decisions made by the jury are final. The AAC honours, champions, and embraces human creativity. Artwork created by AI will not be eligible for participation in our markets.
Successful Applicants Receive:
- One 8ft x 3ft table
- Two chairs
- Parking available for loading and tear-down
Market Hours
Artist(s) are required to be in attendance at the market.
- Friday, November 20th: 5:00PM – 9:00PM (set up during the day)
- Saturday, November 21st: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
