Downtown Lens – Business Application

I agree to crediting Arts Days Lethbridge and/or the Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge when promoting my participation in the project on social media. I understand that the artist maintains full creative control of the design. As tempura paint is temporary, weather may alter the artwork prematurely. If this occurs, AAC asks that you not remove the design. The artwork will remain on the windows for a minimum of 1 week OR up to 2 weeks, at the business owner’s discretion. AAC has contracted a professional cleaner to remove the design on select days. The owner should not remove the design themselves. I understand that the Allied Arts Council will be selecting businesses based on many factors, and that a limited number of businesses will be selected. I understand that this application does not guarantee my participation. I understand that the Allied Arts Council staff will select the artists chosen to participate and that their decision is final. I agree that the application is complete, and accurate, to the best of my knowledge.
