International directors have given us permission for special screenings on YouTube. Each movie will only be screened once and then removed! See list of films attached.
Sees the return of ART/WORK: Professional Development with Proposal Writing given by Mary-Anne McTrowe May 7 at 6pm in partnership with ATB Entrepreneur Centre. This webinar will let artists of all skill levels and disciplines plan for the future by working on their artist resumes, biographies and portfolios. Connect via Zoom link, open to all.
Show off! Share a piece of original art you live with every day in Compelling Collections features on social media! Any Lethbridgian can submit a short cell phone video of their favourite piece of original art in their homes. Email videos to email@example.com
Isolation Art Tour YQL! On the weekends go for a drive around town and take in art shared in windows and back alleys by local artists. Each weekend will be different and artists can add themselves to the map. We encourage participants to keep physical distancing and all traffic laws in mind when visiting neighbourhoods and seeing local art. Visit https://bit.ly/isolationarttour to download the map and plan your neighbourhood tour. See art, be safe!
A thematic prompt is shared each Sunday encouraging families to be creative with decorated windows, chalk drawing or a funny sculpture in the yard. Submit your creativity to the map. Be sure to maintain proper physical distancing while taking a walk through your neighbourhood throughout the week.
