LIFS 48-Hour Film Challenge
How will you remember this September? How about a Friday the 13th 48-hour film challenge?!
On September 13th, LIFS will be kicking off its inaugural 48-Hour Film Challenge, “for the love of film”. Registered teams will receive a team package on Friday, September 13th at 6 pm (via email or locally at the kickoff party), and will then have 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and deliver a 2-5 minute long short film. Successful projects will then be screened at our event on September 21st, 2-5 pm at Casa. Come out and celebrate Southern Alberta filmmakers at the festival showcase and awards ceremony.
Kickoff Party: 5-8 pm at The Slice Bar and Grill (314 8th St South)
Registration:
August 15th (Early bird – $25), September 9th (Regular – $35), Sept 13th (Late Entry – $45)
Complete films due: 7 pm Sunday, September 15th
Screening: Casa 2-5 pm September 21st in the Community Room (230 8th St South)
